hmm. WELL. the definition of love is different for every person. for me i thought love was people holding hands walking along the beach under the moonlight with no shoes on. i see older couples telling their love story and thinking how cute it is. or like this wedding i went to, they've been together since middle school, had a child in highschool, and they got married today. i admit, i'm a sucker for those stories.stories about being together their whole lives and knowing that this person was the one that they were gonna marry. with steven, we already had a special relationship before we started dating. i loved him in a way that best friends love each other. i know that love is wanting to stay with that person and if they're gone or leave, you feel like they took apart of you with them simply cuz you gave them your heart. love is knowing that they're always gonna be there and NOT leave, which totally goes against what i had said in the previous sentence.. haha. it's trusting the other person. love is caring, not wanting to make that person mad, lol. wanting to always make things right before the day ends. i dunno, i don't think i can give a specific definition to this. it's such a hard word to define. i know what it is, but i'm a person that can't really say what they feel just cuz it's hard for me to put it into words, lol. uhh, it's when there are plenty other people out there that may be more cute or smart or fun but your heart only beats for that one person. it's when times are tough, but you work it out because you know that that's the person you wanna spend the rest of your life with.
ask me again when i'm married, i'm sure i'll have the same definition for you. lol :)
